Delivery Destination

UK Deliveries

  • All jewellery items to mainland UK destinations will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Larger parcels, or parcels containing multiple items (including jewellery) will be sent via courier service.
  • All parcels will be sent tracked, insured and signed for; with full shipping details and tracking information provided when your order is processed.
  • Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery, which will automatically applied at checkout.

European & Worldwide Delivery

  • Products from Ada Gallery can be delivered worldwide. Delivery times will vary depending on destination.
  • If you require multiple delivery addresses then please contact Ada Gallery when your order is placed, to arrange despatch and discuss costs.

Shipping Charges

  • UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £7
  • UK orders over £150 are sent free of charge
  • European shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15
  • Worldwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of £28

Estimated Shipping Times

UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery - parcels usually arrive next working day, but please allow 2-4 working days from despatch. Parcels will require a signature.

International - Please allow between 3-17 days for deliveries to Europe and Worldwide, arrival time will depend on destination.

Custom orders - Bespoke orders will take longer to create and despatch, Ruth will liaise with you directly to provide estimated completion dates, full tracking information will be provided when your order is posted out as usual.

  • Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
  • These are estimated times and during busy times such as Christmas there maybe a longer delay with handmade to order purchases and can not be guaranteed in time for Christmas however please contact us on the contact page if you have any questions in advance with regards to estimated making and delivery times.
  • If you require an item urgently for a special date or event, please contact Ruth and she'll try her best to accommodate your requirements.

Customs Charges

  • International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Ada Gallery have no control over these charges.

Click and Collect

  • If your local or passing the shop and would like to collect your online purchase direct from Ada Gallery, you also have this option. Just make sure you select the 'Pick Up' option rather than 'Ship' option within the checkout. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10-5 for collection. Parcels are normally ready within 24 hours & we will contact you when ready to collect. Please make sure you have your Order number with you or if someone is collecting on your behalf they have these details.

Special Requirements

  • Please let us know in the 'Order Notes' box section within your cart, before you proceed to the Checkout if you're purchasing any items as a gift, and if you require a gift receipt or hand-written message to be included etc. Also if the parcel needs to be sent direct to the gift recipient, make sure you write their name and address in the delivery address section.
  • If you need your parcel by an urgent delivery date, please detail your requirements in the 'Order Notes' box section, and we'll do our best to achieve this where possible. Please leave a contact number and email address, so we can liaise with you on the expected date.
  • If you require a tracking notification by text message, please ensure you add your mobile number to the order & click on 'Order Updates' after payment.

Returns Policy

Returning Online Purchases

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please inform Ada Gallery of your intention to return goods by emailing info@adgallery.co.uk detailing your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Items may be returned and refunded (excluding shipping charge) within 14 days of despatch, providing they are undamaged, unused and with all packaging, labels and tags intact.
  • All jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, unless faulty.
  • Commissioned pieces, special order, resized rings and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Please include the original delivery docket, noting your reasons for the return. If returns are damaged, soiled, washed, worn (other than trying the item on) or altered, the products will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • When returning an item, please ensure you package it securely & post by a tracked method, insured to the appropriate value.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage.
  • Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.
  • Once items are safely back & checked, refunds will be issued to the card paid on (excluding shipping charge, unless faulty item).

Returning In-Store Purchases

  • Our in-store returns policy allows for an exchange only within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition.
  • A till receipt or gift receipt must be provided on return to allow for exchange or credit note.
  • If an item for exchange can’t be chosen on return date, an instore credit note will be issued which is valid for one year.
  • Items may be exchanged providing they are undamaged, unused and with all packaging, labels and tags intact. If returns are damaged, soiled, washed, worn (other than trying the item on) or altered, the products will not be accepted.
  • All jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings, unless faulty.
  • Commissioned pieces, special orders, resized rings and personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
  • Sale items are non exchangeable.

Order cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
  • The ability to cancel will depend on the current status of your commissioned piece, and may be subject to additional fees.

Damaged items

  • If your item is damaged in transit or faulty when it arrives you must notify Ada Gallery within 7 days of receipt.
  • Please provide your name, address, information about the fault and if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then contact you to discuss next steps.

Additional information

  • Please note that each product from Ada Gallery is handmade and therefore unique, slight variations are part of the unique character of the work.
  • All stone set rings, pendants and brooches are unique one off pieces, no stone setting can be replicated exactly and stones may vary in clarity and colour.
