We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any exchanges on pairs of earrings.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (such as earrings), custom products (such as special orders, commissions, or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the exchange details to the gift giver and they will find out about your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We would recommend sending all jewellery, or other items over £20 via a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all items posted to Ada Gallery arrive safely and damage-free.
